2008 Lake Erie Islands Historical Museum Public Auction

   Our annual auction on Saturday, June 14, 2008 was a huge success. 
Dave Norton and his fabulous staff of Norton Auctions was again the
auctioneer for this year's event.
The auction took place in the waterfront De Rivera Park under a tent from
Unew Rentals in Fremont, Ohio.

New for 2008: Because of all the wonderful donations made to the Museum, we have opened Heritage Antiques and Curiosities in the back barn of the Museum campus. This new re-sale and thrift shop will be open daily during the season.
  The original Heritage Antiques was opened on Catawba Avenue in the historic Schiele-Oddfellows Building by Bob and Helen (Dorsey) Klatt. The Klatts were two of the Museum founders and their donations formed the beginning of the museum collection.
